CHOOSE YOUR TRAINING STYLE
Bodyweight Program:

  • No equipment needed
  • All exercises using your own body weight
  • Perfect for training anywhere, anytime

OR
Equipment-Based Program:
Required equipment (approx. $100-150 total):

  • 2 dumbbells (typically 2-4kg for beginners, progressing based on age/ability)
  • Skipping rope
  • 2-3 resistance bands (long AND short)
  • Plyo box/aerobic stepper (or sturdy platform)


AGE-APPROPRIATE TRAINING

After foundations, athletes automatically move into their age-specific program:

  • U12: Basic movement patterns and core strength
  • U14: Movement mastery and fundamental strength
  • U16: Progressive loading and sport-specific power
  • U19: Advanced strength and performance

Programs update automatically as athletes age.
