    We understand that choosing the right program for your young athlete is an important decision. Here are answers to the questions parents ask most frequently about our training approach and methodology.

    A. Our digital platform provides ultimate flexibility in training scheduling. The app delivers a weekly timetable with 3 structured training sessions in a recommended completion order. While we suggest an optimal sequence, you can easily reschedule sessions to fit around school, family, and other sporting commitments.

    A. Here is an example of a training session that would delivered via the app:

    Required Equipment:

    Essential:

    • Exercise mat or carpeted area
    • Timer/stopwatch
    • Sturdy chair/bench
    • Water bottle
    • Small towel

    Optional:

    2. Mobility Flow (5 mins)

    Conditioning (15 mins):

    Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes:

    • 12 jump squats
    • 10 push-ups

    • 16 alternating lunges

    Movement Standards:

    A. Our athlete performance programs are designed for athletes based on their age as of January 1st, 2025:

    • U12 (Ages 9-11: Movement Basics
      • Land-Training similar to U14
      • Swim-Training suitable for age group
      • Bodyweight Only
      • Recommended to complete with parent/guardian supervision
    • U14 (Ages 12-13): Movement Foundations
      • Suitable for children approximately 12 years and older
      • Recommended to complete with parent/guardian supervision
    • U16 (Ages 14-15): Performance Development
    • U19 (Ages 16-18): Advanced Athletic Development

    Each program is tailored to the unique physiological and athletic development needs of the specific age group.

    The 6-week Foundations program is crucial for:

    • Assessing individual movement patterns
    • Establishing proper technique
    • Building core stability
    • Creating a personalized progression pathway
    • Ensuring safe and effective training progression

    This fundamental phase helps prevent injuries and sets the groundwork for more advanced training.

    Our training is:

    • Developed in consultation with ASCA (Australian Strength & Conditioning Association) certified coaches
    • Designed with age-specific physiological considerations
    • Progresses methodically through carefully structured levels
    • Offers two training options (bodyweight or minimal equipment)
    • Includes video demonstrations and technique guidance
    • Allows athletes to train at their own pace and skill level

    We offer two training styles:

    Bodyweight Program:

    • No equipment required
    • Use your own body weight for resistance
    • Train anywhere, anytime

    Minimal Equipment Program:

    • Recommended equipment package (approx. $100-150)
    • Includes:
      • 2 dumbbells
      • Skipping rope
      • 2-3 resistance bands (long AND short)
      • Plyo box/aerobic stepper

    The weekly swim session is:

    • Self-guided
    • Designed as a cross-training module
    • Aims to:
      • Develop cardiovascular endurance
      • Provide low-impact full-body conditioning
      • Support muscle recovery
      • Enhance overall athletic development

    Athletes can complete this at their local pool or suitable swimming facility.

    Absolutely! Our digital performance programs are:

    • Flexible and adaptable

    After completing the 6-week Foundations program, athletes:

    • Automatically progress to their age-appropriate training track
    • Continue with either bodyweight or minimal equipment program
    • Receive updated, more advanced training modules
    • Maintain access to all digital resources and tracking tools

    Our programs have been specifically designed for Youth athletes but there's nothing to stop parents or guardians from completing the program alongside their child(ren)!
